At Kate Backdrop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor purchase. If your backdrop or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack with Care

  Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and place it back in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
